In 1994, Jean-Étienne Gaudreau, electrical and electronics engineering graduate from the Université de Sherbrooke, recreated a 3D image by juxtaposing two LCD screens and filed a patent for his discovery the same year.  Even though his technology was one of the best on the market, it required wearing polarized glasses.  While wanting to maintain high standards of 3D image quality, Jean-Étienne worked several years to create a glasses-free 3D screen technology.

Jean-Etienne Gaudreau, CTO

Graduated from Sherbrooke University in 1987 as an engineer in electrical and electronic engineering, Jean-Etienne has been working on 3D representation for more than 25 years.

He is a 3D expert, having filed more than 15 patents in this field and designed all types of displays: conventional 3D screens with glasses and today, FRE3DOM. He is the inventor of our technology and acts as Chief Technology Officer at AYE3D.

Anne Isabelle Roussy, CMO

Anne Isabelle, (M.Sc. HEC 2006) is an executive manager and administrator with extensive experience in strategic planning, digital and marketing in various competitive industries including telecommunications, with several years in consultation with executives of large organizations.

A quiet force with a dynamic management focused on collaboration, innovation and action, she brings to AYE3D a pragmatic management approach to a creative problem-solving approach to build the brand, in addition to mobilizing the organization adjust to its market to sustain growth.

Mario Genest,
CEO

Graduated from Sherbrooke University in 1987 as a Telecommunication Engineer, Mario spent more than 25 years (including 16 in Europe) in strategic positions in the high technology industry. Whether in Management, Sales or Business Development, he has led multicultural teams, developed sales channels and commercial partnerships in EMEA, Asia and North America.

An inspired and innovative entrepreneur, he foresees that the enhanced 3D experience will be a key to technological development for the next 20 years.

Guy Lussier,
VP Engineering

Graduated from Polytechnique Montréal in 1988 as a Telecommunication Engineer, Guy is an experienced Director who has multiplied his success in thirty years of career in the information technology industry.

A multidisciplinary professional, he participated in the development of innovations such as LTE, CDMA and 3G. He also took charge of Cybersecurity project management.

At AYE3D, Guy identifies market opportunities and affiliated players, and coordinates the development of our FRE3DOM display, so that it perfectly meets the needs of our customers.
